Do you enjoy helping others and always have a sharp moral compass? Attending a criminal justice college in Atlanta – and the Westwood College School of Justice in particular – will provide a hands-on education in the technicalities of a criminal justice career.
Westwood College offers both an associate and bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Course topics in both programs include Criminal Law, Juvenile Justice and Corrections. The experienced faculty members also provide intensive instruction in gangs, victimology and domestic violence.
Graduates of the associate program will be able identify current theories in criminal justice, apply ethical principles and discuss the impact of societal issues on the criminal justice system.
Graduates of the bachelor’s program will add to this skill set by implementing advanced problem-solving and investigative techniques. The program is designed prepare you for a career in corrections, children’s advocacy or youth care counselor beginning with your first term.*
Both the associate and the bachelor’s criminal justice program are offered at the Westwood College – Atlanta Midtown and Atlanta Northlake Campuses.
